Thomas Coleman has been Chief Executive Officer of International-Matex Tank Terminals (IMTT) since 1971. IMTT owns and operates deepwater bulk liquid terminals and provides worldwide liquid logistic services.

Mr. Coleman has served on the Boards of Directors of Hibernia National Bank, Freeport-McMoran, Jefferson Guaranty Bank and AmSouth Regional Bank. He is a Past Chairman of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, The Louisiana Nature Conservancy, the Contemporary Arts Center, the Whitney Museum of American Art National Committee and Junior Achievement. He is active in the Chief Executives Organization, World Presidents’ Organization, Tulane Business School and other community organizations.

Mr. Coleman is a graduate of Stanford University. He has been an OSG Board member since 2003 and is a member of the Compensation Committee.
