Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Myles Itkin has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. since 1995 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2006. He has a professional background in strategic planning and corporate finance functions. Prior to joining OSG, Mr. Itkin was employed by Alliance Capital Management L.P. as Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Vice President of Finance at Northwest Airlines, Inc., where he directed financing, financial restructuring, and merger, acquisition and divestiture activities.
Mr. Itkin is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of The Danaos Corporation and is a Director of The UK P&I Club. He is a past board member of OSG America LLC. Mr. Itkin holds a bachelor of arts degree from CornellUniversity and a master of business administration degree from New YorkUniversity.
