- Responsible for developing and recommending short and long term plans for OSG’s Commercial Department.
- Provide analysis on capital investment decisions, identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities, develop business plans for recommended opportunities and identify strategic business partnerships.

Safety & Security Manager

Responsibilities:
- He/she will ensure the safe operation of each ship and that the safety and security of the crew, vessel, cargo and environment is not jeopardized.
- Also, he/she ensures that adequate resources onboard and shore based support is applied as needed.
- Reviews, determines, controls and develops the safety and pollution prevention aspects of the operation of each ship.
- Establishes and enhances security awareness and vigilance while ensuring consistency between security and safety requirements of all on board operations.
- Accumulates, reviews and analyzes data from accidents and incidents occurring in the fleet in order to identify and report areas where evident lack of resources and controls are adversely affect safety, security and pollution prevention performance.
- Follows up the rectification status of deficiencies identified and reported by the ships and/or observed through internal and external audit process , impairing the safety & security aspect of the ship in order to ensure that these deficiencies are promptly and efficiently addresses and dealt with;
Qualifications:
- Seagoing oil Tankers/Chemical experience, preferable as vessel Chief Mate or Master.
- Experience 4-6 years in operation of oil tankers.
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Shipping Studies will be considered a strong asset.
- Proficient with software and statistic analysis systems including Microsoft Office components.
- Trained in Root Cause Analysis techniques.
- HSQE certified auditor and Certified Company Security Officer.
- Strong analytical and communication skills:

Marine Project Engineer

Support the planning, engineering, design and repair of vessels and systems to meet the requirements of the company, customers, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day fleet engineering and/or naval architecture support, perform analyses and make recommendations in support of vessel engineering and equipment operations and troubleshoot problems as required to institute short term and long-term solutions

Participate with other department members to forward the company’s goals, with a focus on developing standards for equipment that can be used to help us operate more efficiently

Evaluate new products and designs for application to the Company's operations and remain abreast of the state-of-the-art in marine products, design, and techniques through trade journals, industry exposure and participation in industry professional organizations

Propose new concepts and ideas regarding design, construction and mechanical systems to keep the Company fleet up to date, provide accurate cost/benefit analysis for all recommendations put forth to company management and define, develop and test those proposals that have received approval.
